COVID-19 COMPANY UPDATE AND TERMS
Due to the new Coronavirus, Miller Marquees have introduced temporary measures and terms for the sole purpose of this pandemic.
Business hours have been reduced until further notice and we recommend all contact to be made by email for the fastest response to your enquiry. Phone lines are still open however due to limited operating hours and minimum staff, we may not be available to take your call.
For all customers with hire bookings which have been effected by the new Government restrictions, we are now offering the chance to reschedule (FREE OF CHARGE) to new a 2021/22 date. All marquee agreement terms and conditions still apply with the exception of rescheduling your hire booking.
Payment terms have also been reviewed to help our customers through these difficult times and we have now introduced this to all customers whom have rescheduled their 2020 hire booking. All balance payments due 30 days before the agreed event date in 2020 have now been split into two manageable payments.
50% of your balance payment will be payable by your current agreement at 30 days before your event date in 2020. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before your NEW agreed event date in 2021/ 22.
